Des Insurance is an effective cleaning and disinfecting agent for washing and disinfecting medical instruments before the heat or chemical sterilization.

Suitable for washing all water-resistant instruments. The product is material friendly. Removes blood, proteins, secretions, and fats from medical instruments. Removes quickly and completely from materials when rinsed. Des Insurance has a broad antimicrobial effect, and destroys Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, and viruses (including HBV, HIV). Does not contain phosphates. The use of the working solution is harmless to people in the room.

Use: Immediately after use, place the disassembled instruments in a bath filled with Des Insurance 1% (add 10ml concentrate to 990ml water) working solution for 10 minutes. Make sure that all instruments to be washed are covered with the solution. At the end of the working time, wash and rinse the instruments with running water and, if necessary, sterilize them.
