Lash and Brow Perm & Lift Cream 2 – Neutralizer
Biosmetics Perm & Lift products are used in the lash lift and brow lift procedure in three steps. There are 10 disposable bags in one package, which is enough for 10 customers. The sachet should be massaged before use.
Lash Lift procedure:
After removing the first lotion, apply 1/2 of the neutralizer to the lashes with a microtic. Use a dry microtip to remove.
Operating time:
Weak and chemically colored lashes for 5 minutes
Normal to healthy, thick lashes 6 minutes
Brow lift procedure:
After removing the first lotion, apply a thin layer of neutralizer to the eyebrows and brush the eyebrows in the right direction with a comb. Use a clean microtip to remove.
Operating time:
Weak or chemically colored eyebrows for 5 minutes
Normal, thick eyebrows 6 minutes
