Toning permanent color that lightens and tones in just one step. The exclusive K-Pak Quadramine Complex restores and moisturises. This colour contains less ammonia (2.9%) and lightens from level 9 to 4 level lighter. Keeps hair and scalp healthy. Not intended to cover gray hair.

How to use: JOICO K-Pak Verocolor toners should be mixed with Veroxide or Veroglaze activator in equal parts - 1:1 (1 part toner + 1 part activator). Process time is 5-20 min, but check after every 5 min until desired result is achieved.
