Artdeco Eyeshadow Base has a smooth and creamy consistency, it prevents eyeshadow from creasing and significantly enhances its staying power, intensity, and vibrancy. As well as lasting longer, the eyeshadow applies more easily and smoothly. This means no fall out, which makes it ideal for contact lens wearers. The base also neutralises the colour of the eyelid.
How to use: Use your finger or a brush to apply a small amount of the primer to the entire eyelid. Leave for a short while to dry before starting to apply your eyeshadow as usual.
