- If you make a purchase after 15:00, the package will be sent out the next working day. Purchases made after 3pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be issued for shipping the next business day.
- When the parcel has reached the destination parcel machine, an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone indicated in the order.
- After receiving the SMS, go to the machine and enter the door code contained in the SMS.
- The parcel must be picked up within 7 days of its arrival at the parcel machine.

SMART COURIER

- Six days a week (Mon-Fri) parcels will be delivered on the working day following the order (excluding Sunday and the smaller islands).
- Choose a suitable period for receiving the parcel (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order the goods for work or home.
- In the morning of the day of parcel delivery, information about the arrival of the parcel will be received by SMS. The courier will call before the parcel is delivered.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered the first time, the courier will agree on a second time if necessary. If desired, it is possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel machine at no extra charge.
OMNIVA (PARCEL MACHINE)

- If you make a purchase after 15:00, the package will be sent out the next working day. Purchases made after 3pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be issued for shipping the next business day.
- You do not need to enter the mall to use the Omniva parcel machine. You can easily reach the parcel machine with both a car and a bicycle or with a stroller and a dog.
- When the parcel has reached the destination parcel machine, an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone indicated in the order.
- After receiving the SMS, go to the machine and enter the door code contained in the SMS.
