Mustard plasters are used externally to improve well-being, cold symptoms, muscle and joint ailments.
How to use: Mustard plasters are used on the chest and back. Before use, shake the pack in a horizontal position to distribute the powder evenly over the four pads in each pack. Dip the patch in warm water for 3-4 seconds and then apply to the desired area of the body. Place a dry towel or blanket on the patch. Keep the patch on for 5-15 minutes depending on individual sensitivity.
Warning: Use the mustard patch on the same area for at least 24 hours. Avoid eye contact!
