The unique composition of vegan ice cream powder Be Active consists of 100% plant-based ingredients and is enriched with blackcurrant powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant pieces, Be Active superfood mix and the fiber inulin. All you need to make ice cream is the liquid you like, a container or a cup and a hand mixer. We recommend using a cylindrical container or a cup. You will get blackcurrant flavored ice cream with crunchy blackcurrant bits out of Be Active ice cream powder.

Direction for use:

1. Dissolve 200 g of powder in 300 ml of cold water or 350 ml of plant-based drink (e.g almond drink).
2. Put the mixture into freezer for at least 1,5 hours.
3. Whip the mix using electric mixer for 2-5 minutes until it is fluffy enough.
4. Put again into freezer for at least 6 hours or leave it overnight.

The freezing time should be reduced if you want to make a smaller amount of ice cream and increased if you want to make a larger amount of ice cream. Keep in cool and dry place without direct sunlight.
