Maca root powder included in the product has many important benefits. It is very rich in vitamin C, copper, iron, vitamin B6 and essential fatty acids (Omega 3 and Omega 9). Maca contains significant amounts of 18 amino acids, 7 of which are essential amino acids. Inulin is a beneficial prebiotic fiber derived from the prized chicory root. Because it is dietary fiber, inulin can stimulate bowel movements, which is important for overall intestinal health. It is very important to balance the amount of fiber and fluid in our diet. Inulin is a soluble fiber and when this fiber mixes with water or other fluids in the body, it turns into a gel. This gel makes the stomach empty much slower, so you end up feeling fuller longer. Fiber helps keep us full and stabilizes our blood sugars. This can prevent from over-eating and help us make better food choices.

HOW TO USE: Mix 30 g of powder (1 scoop) in a shaker with 250–300 ml of water until evenly dissolved and consume immediately. You can add a little less or more water to your liking. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Make sure to eat healthy and drink plenty of water regularly throughout the day.
