HOW TO USE: It is particularly easy to prepare. Just follow the simple instructions and you're a master chef in a minute!

Add 1 even scoop (45g) of Protein Cupcake to a large mug. Scoop included in bag. Tip: Use a microwave-safe mug of at least 300ml. Recommended even larger.

Pour in exactly 50 g / ml of water and mix with a spoon until evenly dissolved.

Bake in the microwave for up to 1 minute, constantly watching the cup. The cake can rise a little (~ 2 cm) over the edge. Let it rise, but make sure that it does not spill over the edge.

Enjoy with a spoon straight from the mug or pour over to a bowl. On top, it should be soft chocolate with a muffin texture on the inside.
