A mattifying topcoat that is suitable for all gels and removable with liquid. Does not leave a sticky layer. Apply a thin layer of Flexi Gloss Gel underneath, allow to dry for 10 seconds and then immediately apply Velvet Matte for an even more visible mattifying effect. Curing time under UV light 2min, under UV/LED light 40-60sec.
