Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.

Children aged 3-5 years: 1 spray daily;
Children aged 6-11 years: 3 spays daily;
Children aged 12 years and above and adults: 5 spays daily.

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray 1-5 times under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
