Reishi mushroom, in China known as ling zhi, means "mushroom of immortality". It is a wild mushroom which grows on rotted logs and tree trunks. 

It has been shown that Reishi mushroom increases blood flow and has an extremely positive effect on the cardiovascular system.

Reishi mushroom supports the immune system function and contributes to the lowering of high blood pressure and harmful cholesterol concentrations in the blood.

How to use:

Recommended daily intake is from 3-10g (1-3 teaspoons). It can be prepared in teas, fruit juices or vegetable juices. We recommend consuming in the morning on an empty stomach, in combination with vitamin C.
