Palmer's Coconut Monoï Facial Cleansing Balm is a natural oil-based solid facial cleanser which makes it much more effective and effortless at removing makeup, even longwear and stubborn eye makeup. Emulsifies with water into a rich, creamy facial cleanser to gently remove makeup, dirt and impurities while still keeping skin nice and hydrated.

How to use: Apply to dry skin, massage balm in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water or wipe off gently with a soft, damp cloth. Can also be used on wet skin.
