Enriched with three seeds, this blend is an excellent source of energy and minerals that not only provides a long-lasting feeling of satiety, but is also delicious and crunchy! Raspberry and banana oats can be used in countless ways. What they all have in common is that they can be prepared immediately without cooking.

How to use: Add 3 to 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water, milk or vegetable drink. Optionally, try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons with yoghurt to taste.
