Use: The dry brush is intended for use on dry skin. Use a body brush before washing. Dry skin is brushed with circular movements. Always brush from the bottom up towards the heart. Start brushing from the ankles and move upwards.
Repeat dry brushing daily or once a week:
The whole process takes about 15 minutes. For best results, dry brush daily, preferably in the morning. To reduce/remove cellulite, you need to brush the areas twice a day for 5-10 minutes.
Warning: Be careful when dry brushing sensitive or damaged skin.
Don't forget to moisturize your body after dry brushing and washing. The body cream is better absorbed by the skin even after dry brushing.
