Wella Color Touch Plus Emulsion 4% 1000ml

Wella Color Touch Emulsion Plus 4% is designed to be used with Wella Colour Touch Plus range of demi-permanent colorants. It's a thick and rich cream which has a fabulous blending capability and gives glorious performance as it adheres to the hair giving you incredible control with its non-drip formula which is immaculate for exact colouring procedures. It equally layers hair giving you great even coverage and radiant colour results.

How to use: In a suitable mixing bowl, mix 60ml of Color Touch at a ratio of 1:2 (1 part color, 2 parts hydrogen) until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
