How to use: Start with your lower lip before working on your upper lip. Be careful to symmetry and closely follow your Cupid’s bow! Next, you can choose to either lightly blend the contours to ensure the line looks natural and then fill in the inside of the line with your lipstick or fill the whole with the pencil. Finally, if you want to enhance the plumped effect, add a touch of lip-gloss to the centre of your lips on top of your lipstick and you’re good to go.
