Uses: to freshen rooms, for inhalation (the fresh aroma is mood-lifting and helps to alleviate stress and negative thoughts, yet is also calming). Helps to relax and concentrate (thus often used in meditation). Diluted in a carrier oil and used for massage helps to bring relief from muscle tensions. Also helps with cold symptoms. Suitable for different types of skin, can help with many skin conditions (therefore often used as an ingredient in soaps, creams, lotions). Has insect repelling properties.
Blends well with: mandarin, rosemary, lavender, orange, grapefruit, ylang-ylang, basil.
