Recommended dosage:
Adults: 5 sprays taken directly before bedtime under the tongue or inside of the cheek. The recommended course length is 2 weeks and the minimum period between two courses is 2 weeks. To reduce jet lag use on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.
5 sprays daily provides: 200 mg Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum), 1.9 mg of melatonin, 50 mg L-Theanine, 50 mg Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), 0.5 mg Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia).
