Lamberts Premtesse is a unique, powerful multi-nutrient designed specifically for menstruating women to relieve both the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and cycle-specific problems.
The high-level dietary supplement contains 20 different micronutrients, including vitamin B6, which helps with the monthly cycle. The formulation also contains magnesium, one of the characteristics of which is considered to be the relief of fatigue and exhaustion. The dietary supplement also contains chromium, which helps reduce the need for sugar intake, zinc and vitamin C for the immune system, and iron to replace monthly iron loss.
Lamberts Premtesse is suitable for women with fluctuations in female hormone levels. These include both premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and the cycle irregularities that most women have experienced in their lifetime. There are more than 150 symptoms associated with PMS, ranging from irritability and depression to chest pain and swelling. Studies have shown that providing these necessary vitamins and minerals and proper nutrition can greatly reduce these symptoms.
Lamberts Premtesse can be used with other supplements, such as Evening Primrose oil and Starflower Oil.

This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
